Trick to find
Square of any two digit number
Before proceeding to learn the shortcut trick to find square of any two digit number. Let us try to remember the squares of the ten numbers.
Step no. 1
Suppose we have to find square of a number 72.
Step no. 2
Write down two digits seperately as:
7 2
In middle of them multiply two digits with each other and with 2 as:
7x2x2
We get as
7 7x2x2 2
Take the square of end digits as:
49 7x2x2 4
49 28 04
= 5184
